1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of kepaw.shop and any purchase you make from it. By browsing the store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use is yours, or that you are authorised to use it.
4. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including material, dimensions and hardware. Bear in mind that:
- Leather is a natural material. Tone, grain, markings and the speed at which it patinas vary from hide to hide. These variations are a property of the material, not a defect.
- Colours can look different depending on your screen. We photograph products under neutral lighting, but a monitor’s calibration is outside our control.
- Hand-made items may differ slightly from the measurements quoted, by a few millimetres.
- We may change materials, hardware or packaging without notice, but never in a way that materially reduces the product you have already ordered.
5. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a price was listed incorrectly and the error is obvious, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept it, which happens when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Before then we may decline an order, including where:
- The item is out of stock or failed our quality inspection.
- The price or product description contained an obvious error.
- We cannot verify the payment or the delivery address.
- We suspect fraud, abuse or resale in breach of these Terms.
- Delivery to your address is not possible.
If we decline an order we refund any amount already charged, in full.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our third-party payment providers. You authorise us, and our providers, to charge the method you select. We do not store your full card details. If a payment is reversed or refused, we may cancel the order.
8. Shipping, risk and duties
Dispatch, delivery estimates and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping and Delivery page, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. If you buy from outside the country we ship from, import duties and taxes may be charged on arrival – these are your responsibility, and a refusal to pay them is not a valid reason to return the item.
9. Returns
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Promotions and discounts
Discount codes and promotions may be withdrawn or changed at any time, may not be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to an order already placed. One use per customer unless the offer states otherwise.
11. Intellectual property
The KEPAW name and logo, our product photography, product copy and site design are our property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. You keep ownership of anything you send us, and you give us permission to use it to fulfil your order.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the store to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or bulk-collect its content, to place fraudulent orders, to resell our products as if they were your own, or to misrepresent your relationship with KEPAW.
13. Third-party services
Payments, delivery, hosting and email are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We choose our providers carefully but we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
Except where the law does not allow it, the store and its content are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes the statutory rights you have as a consumer, including rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify KEPAW against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the store.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Guangxi, China have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right. 18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the unenforceable provision is replaced by one that comes closest to its commercial intent.
