KEPAW is the trading name of Guangxi Kebao Technology Co., Ltd. (广西科豹科技有限公司, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate the online store at kepaw.shop and sell leather bags and small leather goods. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
- Order information – name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the items you ordered.

- Payment information – the payment method you choose and the last four digits and expiry of a card. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical information – IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the site you arrived from.
- Communications – emails, contact form messages and support conversations.
- Marketing preferences – whether you have opted in to our newsletter.
How we use it
- To accept, process and deliver your order, and to send order confirmations and delivery updates.
- To handle returns, exchanges and warranty enquiries.

Payments
Card and wallet payments are processed by third-party payment providers. When you pay, your card details go directly to that provider – they do not pass through our servers and we cannot see or store them. We receive only a confirmation, a transaction reference and the last four digits of the card. The provider handles your payment data under its own privacy policy, which we recommend you read before paying.
Shipping partners
To deliver your order we share your name, delivery address and contact details with the carrier handling the shipment, and with any warehouse or fulfilment partner that packs and dispatches it. They may only use that information to deliver your parcel and handle any delivery problem.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run the store. These keep items in your cart, keep you signed in, remember your checkout progress and let us keep the store secure. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to advertising networks. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the necessary cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working.

How we protect your information
The store runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the store, and payment data never touches our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
